All orders placed within Whitehorse qualify for same-day delivery. Order by 6 PM and we'll get it to your door the same day.

Prefer to pick up? Select free local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our Whitehorse store.

Shipping across the Yukon & Canada

We ship throughout the Yukon and the rest of Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, we're here to help. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For food and perishable items, please contact us first so we can make it right. To start a return, email admin@theyukonpetstore.com with your order number.
